System Requirements

Capture (web and software)

• Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor
• 2GB of RAM
• Flash-supported audio/video capture devices (e.g. a webcam and microphone). Flash test available here.
• High-speed broadband internet connection

Web Capture

• A modern web browser, such as IE7/8, Firefox 2+, Chrome 1+, or Safari 3+.
• Flash 10+

Capture Software

• Windows XP/Vista/7
• An Epiphan VGA2USB device, with installed drivers (optional, for VGA capture)

Basic Instructions

In the following instructions, please refer to the software license key and account information that was sent to you in your invitation email. An example of this section is below:

Web Capture

1. Visit the site URL that was sent to you in your email. This is your ePresence 6.0 evaluation server.

2. Log into the site with the administrator username and password that we sent you. Once you are logged in, click on the Admin link to get to the admin area. Create a new webcast.

3. Click on the Live -> Manage link, find the presentation you just created, and click on Web Capture to begin your session. Follow the instructions that are given to begin your webcast.

4. When the event is complete, click Stop, and then Finish. Return to the administrative area, navigate to the live event list, and click the new "Publish" link that shows up beside the event.

Capture Software

1. Visit the download link that was sent to you in your email and install your evaluation copy of the software. For now, ignore Adobe Air update if asked.

2. Run the Capture software. The first dialog that is displayed requires you to enter your software license key. IMPORTANT: Please note that you can use this key only for one installed instance of the trial software.

3. When asked, provide your server URL and enter your username and password.

4. Click Yes to update Adobe Air if asked. You might need to close (Alt+F4) the Capture application to update Air.
