Support Package One-Time Access (TeamViewer)
Please follow these steps to install Support Package (TeamViewer) program, so we can timely and properly review or diagnose your problem:
- Download TeamViewer installer from this link: http://dl.captual.com/misc/support/SupportQS.exe
- Please run it on your computer with the default settings
- Send us generated ID and Password
Support Package Permanent Access (TeamViewer)
- Download and install Support Host file: http://dl.captual.com/misc/support/Support_Host_Setup.exe
- Open 'Extras' ---> 'Options' ---> 'Security'
- Put permanent password
- Make sure that 'Windows logon' is set to ---> 'Allowed for all users'
- Make sure that 'Access Control' is set to ---> 'Full Access'
- Send us the ID and Permanent password
