Support Package One-Time Access (TeamViewer)

Please follow these steps to install Support Package (TeamViewer) program, so we can timely and properly review or diagnose your problem:

  1. Download TeamViewer installer from this link:  http://dl.captual.com/misc/support/SupportQS.exe
  1. Please run it on your computer with the default settings
  1. Send us generated ID and Password

Support Package Permanent Access (TeamViewer)

  1. Download and install Support Host file:  http://dl.captual.com/misc/support/Support_Host_Setup.exe
  1. Open 'Extras' ---> 'Options' ---> 'Security'
  1. Put permanent password
  1. Make sure that 'Windows logon' is set to ---> 'Allowed for all users'
  1. Make sure that 'Access Control' is set to ---> 'Full Access'
  1. Send us the ID and Permanent password
