A link to an early version of the software can be requested by emailing dev@…. It comes with absolutely no support or warranties. Using the application could result in a loss of your captured data.
Limitations and Requirements
- This software must be run on the same machine as Capture. It can only export events that have been captured on the local computer.
- Avisynth ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2/) must be installed.
- The FFMS2 plugin needs to be added to Avisynth. This plugin is included in the Exporter download. The FFMS2 files should be extracted into the Avisynth "plugins" directory.
Install/Setup? Instructions
- Run Exporter.exe. This is the installer for the Exporter application. Complete the installation.
- Exporter will ask you for the location of your Capture config.xml file. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Capture\Local Store\config\config.xml (where [User] is the username of the account Capture is run under).
- At this point, Exporter will pre-process some of the video files. The first time you run Exporter, this may take awhile.
Usage Instructions
- Select presentations you wish to export using the checkboxes on the side.
- Click "Export Selected Presentations". It will ask for a location to store the videos in.
- Select or modify a preset (defines the layout, bitrate, etc.).
- Click "Execute" to start exporting videos. It will export them as .mp4 files in the directory you specified, as <Presentation Name>.mp4.
