ePresence 4.0.x to 4.1 upgrade

If you prefer doing it yourself please follow the instructions below:

SERVER

1. Backup your server application directory
2. Make sure your epresence website operates under MS.NET Framework 2.0 or higher
3. Download ePresenceServer40to41Upgrade.zip from the ePresence website
4. Unzip this file into your ePresence server application directory overwriting existing files
5. Navigate to your ePresence site root (e.g.  http://myserver/epresence/) using the web browser
6. Complete the upgrade form similar to one shown below:

6. Save the settings
7. Navigate to the root of the ePresence web application and make sure it's working.

CAPTURE STATION

1. MAke sure Flash 9 is installed on the capture station PC
2. Download the ePresence Producer (ePresenceProducer411.msi) and follow thrugh the standard installation process
3. Enter your server URL and admin pwd, click OK
4. Go back to the setup dialog window, click ePresence Live and make sure the live webcast settings are OK
5. Restart the Producer
